Looking forward, Vietjet Thailand has set clear targets for scaling up SAF utilization: at least one p.c by 2026, and 5 p.c by 2030. 

These benchmarks assist broader aviation sector targets to cut back emissions in step with world local weather commitments.

This transfer follows Vietjet Thailand’s historic milestone in July 2024, when the airline operated its first-ever industrial flight utilizing SAF on the Bangkok – Da Nang route.
